Since 2015 we were successfully running more than 50 workshops for Airbus Group Innovation, Airbus Helicopters, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Defence & Space and LATecoere Services in Bremen, Marseille, Paris, Nordenham, Donauwörth, Manching & Sevilla: During discussions with the responsible staff of the different phases the success criteria for each phase of APQP will be defined. It will be discussed when a phase is finalized. A project timeline will be established showing the milestones when a phase started and when it ended/ will end. Afterwards a final workshop will be held with all APQP participants to summarize the project and to hand over all collected information.
